Bruno Mars menjadi pemenang untuk kategori utama seperti Album of the year, Record of the year, dan Song of the year. Di kategori tersebut, dia berhasil mengalahkan dua saingan terberatnya, yakni Kendrick Lamar dan Jay Z.
