Yamin Noodle, a Comfort Food during Cold Weather

Yamin noodle is some kind of fried noodle with sweet taste sauce of Indonesia soy sauce. Some spring onion and tasty ground chicken meat will be sprinkled on top of it to make the taste splendid.

Yamin noodle could be easily found at Bima, Cirebon West Java. Lots of food shop has this dish as their signature dish. “It’s one of our new dishes. I only served meatball soup and chicken noodle before,” Rizky Iqbal the owner of mie bakso Bima said.
