TIMESINDONESIA – Located at Babakansari RT 03/05, Ciganjeng, Padaherang, Pangandaran, West Java, Lalay cave was planned to be a nice attraction in the area. This cave offers you an exotic view with thousands of bats hanging on the wall.
For now, this cave has been managed by the local community named Persaudaraan Penjaga Goa Lalay Kedung Palungpung. They have took an advantage by taking bats feces to be turned into fertilizers.
Lalay in the local language means bats. That's where the name of the cave was taken. The locals use it to fertilize their farm. "The plants grows in a very good condition," the Secretary of Ciganjeng village, Yuyuk Ruhijar said.
