2. Kaidah kebahasaan job application letter (cover letter)
Penting juga untuk memperhatikan language features alias kaidah kebahasaan pada Job Application Letter. Harus ditulis menggunakan bahasa yang formal dan sopan.
Selain itu, harus juga menggunakan tenses atau kalimat yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kalimat yang akan ditulis.
Untuk bagian surat yang menjelaskan tentang keahlian yang dimiliki serta keadaan di masa sekarang, bisa menggunakan Simple Present Tense.
Sedangkan untuk bagian surat yang menjelaskan prestasi atau pengalaman yang pernah diraih di masa lalu, bisa menggunakan Simple Past Tense.
