Beyonce memimpin dengan mendapatkan sembilan nominasi Grammy 2023, diantaranya Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, dan enam kategori lainnya.
Harry Styles dan Adele masing-masing mendapat tujuh nominasi seperti Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Music Video, dan Best Pop Solo Performance.
Taylor Swift kali mendapat empat nominasi, salah satunya lewat lagu 'All Too Well (10 Minute Version)' dalam Best Music Video dan Song of the Year.
Sementara itu BTS juga kembali masuk nominasi, yaitu Best Pop Duo/Group Performance lewat lagu 'My Universe', hasil kolaborasi bersama Coldplay dan Best Music Video untuk 'Yet to Come'.
Malam puncak Grammy Awards 2023 akan diselenggarakan pada 5 Februari 2023 di Crypto.com Arena, Los Angeles, California.
