TANTRUM - Status aset kripto di Indonesia diatur Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappeti) RI. Bappeti menyatakan bahwa aset kripto merupakan komoditas perdagangan, namun dilarang untuk dijadikan sebagai alat transaksi.
